The live auction will be held at 5pm BST/ 12pm EST on July 26th.

Our auction model:

100% of the Hammer Price will go to the artist and the gallery that represents them. Our model which was created in the belief that the artists and those championing their work should reap the greatest rewards from their sale

18% Buyer's Premium, charged on top of the Hammer price, will be payable by the purchasers, compared to a buyer's premium of 25% and above charged by competitors in the market.

3% (of the Hammer Price) will be deducted from the Buyer's Premium and paid out to The MoMA Architecture and Design department, the world’s first curatorial department devoted to architecture and design established in 1932 at The Museum of Modern Art.

de PURY’s initiative to utilise virtual exhibitions means that artworks will travel only once. The works do not need to leave the artist’s studio or storage until the point of sale, reducing the carbon footprint and making the auction more environmentally friendly.

The curated auction will be hosted online by an avatar of Simon de Pury conducting the auction live.

We will share the identity of not only the winning bidder, but also the underbidders with the relevant artist/gallery. Sharing this valuable information corrects the 'gatekeeping of information' by auction houses and helps artists and galleries grow.

+By registering and placing a bid, you will give consent for your data to be shared with the artist/their gallery

*Please note that shipping is not included and is the responsibility of the buyer.
